Dailivity is an iOS medication tracking app built for people on GLP-1 therapy. It records your injection dates and doses, reminds you when the next dose is due, logs side effects day by day, and charts health metrics such as weight, BMI, water and protein in a single view.
You can track GLP-1 receptor agonists containing semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide and dulaglutide — including Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, Trulicity and Victoza. Dose amount and injection interval are fully configurable.
Yes. Dailivity is completely free to use. Medication tracking, advanced charts, PDF/CSV export and estimated drug levels are all available at no cost.
Your data is stored locally on your device. If you enable sync, it is backed up encrypted to your own personal iCloud account through Apple CloudKit. No health data is kept on Dailivity servers, nothing is shared with third parties, and no account is required to use the app.
You set your injection day and time once, and Dailivity sends an iOS notification for every dose cycle while showing a smart countdown to your next dose on the home screen. Reminder time and frequency can be changed at any point.
On the side effect screen you record symptoms such as nausea, constipation or fatigue along with severity and date. You can see how they change over time on a chart, compare them against dose escalations, and export the log as a PDF to bring to your next appointment.
Yes. With your permission Dailivity integrates with Apple Health so you can import and keep weight and other health measurements in sync. You can revoke the integration at any time from iOS settings.
Estimated drug level visualises the likely course of the active ingredient in your body based on the doses and injection times you logged. It is an informational estimate derived from general pharmacokinetic averages and must not be used to make dosing decisions.
Dailivity is currently available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad only. An Android version is in progress — email support@dailivity.com if you would like to be notified when it launches.
No. Dailivity is a tracking and organisation tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not a medical device. Always consult your clinician or pharmacist before changing a dose or your treatment plan.
